First Step into VSNPCC Drills Training

I'm sure you have learnt a few new basic foot drills in the previous training.

The commands and meanings are as follows:

SED - IA - From AT EASE to ATTENTION

SENANG DI- RI - From ATTENTION to AT EASE

KE- KANAN LU – RUS - Right Dressing

Please bear these 3 simple basic drills in mind and know what you are supposed to do for each command. Do a good job for the next drill training, and you'll progress onto newer drills.

3 things to take note:
1. Make sure your entire squad can do the drills in sync., coordinated together as a squad. (Always follow the timing)
2. Make sure everytime you bang, your legs are raised 90 degrees (which means your upper thigh is parallel to the ground and your knees are 90 degrees.
3. Make sure that all actions are swift.
